Management of the Quality System

The quality system is controlled by internal audits once in 2 months. The internal audits are arranged and made by the quality group under the quality manager's lead and the auditors do not have direct responsibility for the audited areas. The internal audit is followed by a management review made by the management board. In addition, TUV-Certification undertakes external audition twice a year.

The quality manager is responsible for the maintenance and development of the quality system as well for respective reporting, and monitoring of the quality standard and its improvement with the quality group.
