Real-Time Workshop Embedded Coder, an add-on product for use with the Real-Time Workshop extends The MathWorks model-based design solution to meet the critical need for production-quality C code generation for embedded target deployment.
The Real-Time Workshop Embedded Coder provides a framework for the production of code that is optimized for speed, memory usage, and simplicity which is intended for use in embedded systems.
The enhancements in this new version include Custom Storage Classes for Data Objects, Enhanced Code Generation Options like Initializing Floats and Doubles to 0.0, Virtualized Output Ports Optimization, Improved HTML Code Generation Report, and additional options that will optimize the code.
