Cranes Software Board appoint Lead Managers and Depository for proposed GDR issue
Bangalore, February 28, 2004: Cranes Software International Ltd. (CSIL), a global scientific and engineering software solutions provider, has announced that at a meeting held earlier today, its Board of Directors took on record the appointment of Lead Managers and Depository for the Company's proposed issue of 1,800,000 equity shares in the form of GDR's. During the meeting, the Board also approved the draft of the Offer Memorandum prepared for the proposed GDR issue.
