Cranes Software achieves India's first ISO 27001:2005 Accreditation
- To reorganize and restructure NISA business in India to derive optimal benefits
Bangalore, May 30, 2006: Cranes Software International Ltd., a leading provider of specialized scientific software products & services, has demonstrated its high level of competence in information security management by becoming India's first Company to be awarded with the ISO 27001:2005 by DNV under Norwegian accreditation, the ultimate benchmark for information security. The internationally recognized British Standard, BS 7799-2:2002 has been updated and adopted as an international standard, ISO/IEC 27001:2005. Additionally, CSIL also becomes the second organization in the world to get recommended for the certification.
