Blank Size Engineering (BSE) & Die Face Engineering (DFE)
Dynaform modules include Blank Size Engineering (BSE) and Die Face Engineering (DFE). BSE is a cost estimator tool for accurately estimating blank size, generating blank nests and outputting production costs. To aid the cost estimator, BSE also provides a one-step formability solver. This simplified simulation quickly and easily determines the viability of a proposal without the need for a fully developed forming analysis. DFE is a fast surface-modeling tool for building the die face including binder and addendum surfaces. DFE allows rapid parametric changes to the die face design, which enables faster simulation iterations.
